Job Vacancy: Account Intern

Our esteemed client, and business partner in the Logistics Industry, is offering the following opportunity to everyone eligible.

Position: Account Intern (1 Post)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist senior accountants and finance managers in daily financial operations and reporting tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely transactions and follow-ups.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Assist in payroll preparation, verification of employee data, and salary processing activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance field.
• Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer applications is essential.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts is required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
