Business Administrator & Finance Supervisor

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Administrator & Finance Supervisor. The role combines financial expertise with business management skills to ensure smooth financing operations, strong stakeholder relationships, and successful project delivery that supports the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with financing options, including arranging and managing bank loans for product purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure efficient operations and consistent customer follow-up.
- Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide financial oversight and administrative support to sales and business development initiatives.
- Develop reports, track performance, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and support change management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial processes, preferably with experience in financial services or banking.
- Experience in business development and supporting sales functions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving targets and efficiency improvements.
