Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to transform innovative ideas into revenue streams, scale strategic partnerships, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new growth avenues, cultivate robust pipelines, successfully close deals, and enhance Serengeti Bytes' market standing. This is a leadership position requiring proactive engagement and a results-driven approach.
Product Portfolio to Manage
You will spearhead growth initiatives across our diverse product offerings:
- Ride-hailing platforms
- Public transport and mobility solutions
- Creator economy platforms
- Product verification and trust systems
- Awards and events platforms
- Magazine and media products
A deep understanding of each product, intelligent prioritization, and the ability to drive results across this portfolio are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of business growth initiatives.
- Identification, evaluation, and execution of new revenue opportunities across products, services, and partnerships.
- Building and actively managing a strong sales and partnerships pipeline.
- Leading client acquisition efforts from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
- Developing data-driven growth strategies, moving beyond assumptions.
- Close collaboration with leadership, technical teams, and communications teams to ensure alignment of growth efforts.
- Representing Serengeti Bytes in high-level meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
- Tracking performance, reporting on results, and continuously refining growth strategies for optimal impact.

- Proven experience in business development, growth, or sales leadership roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability in deal-making.

- A dual capability for strategic thinking and tactical execution.

- Prior experience working with corporates, NGOs, startups, or public sector institutions is a significant advantage.
