We are seeking a highly ambitious and self-driven individual for the role of "Future Sales Leader." This position is designed for someone passionate about a career in sales, with a hunger for success, and who envisions evolving into a Strategic BDM, Head of Sales, or Chief Sales Officer in the coming years.
Position Overview

Key Qualifications & Skills
- Management Graduate: From a top-tier global business school.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT sales, focused on hunting, acquiring new accounts, and competitive market analysis. Fresh management graduates from premium institutes are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- High-Impact Sales Execution: Close high-value deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
- Market Research and GTM Strategy Development: Analyze data and trends to identify new growth opportunities and markets.
- Public Sector & Enterprise Sales: Drive business development with large enterprises and public sector clients, understanding their procurement processes and sales cycles.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
- Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue opportunities.
- Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.
- Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.
