Function

The Learning & Culture Intern will support the implementation of learning and culture initiatives within Heifer Africa. The role is operational and hands-on, assisting in organizing training sessions, tracking employee development activities, and promoting Heifer’s organizational culture. This position will provide practical experience in learning and development, HR operations, and employee engagement. The Intern may be located in any of the following countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Malawi, Senegal, Uganda, Rwanda or Zambia.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
