Manager, Tax & Compliance

INDUSTRY: AUDITING

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Manager, Tax & Compliance responsible for ensuring all tax and compliance matters for both the organization and its clients are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all tax-related matters and documentation for both clients and the organization.
• Supervise, allocate, and monitor tasks among team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee VAT refunds, tax compliance processes, audits, examinations, and objections.
• Manage and review transfer pricing documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and apply relevant tax laws and regulations effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters.
• Conduct and participate in internal training sessions to enhance team knowledge.
• Attend and contribute to committee meetings where required.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all tax and compliance activities.
• Perform any other tax and compliance duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Postgraduate Degree or Advanced Diploma in Tax Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax and compliance roles, preferably within auditing or professional services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with tax and compliance automation tools and systems.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
