Purpose 

To ensure the provision of high-quality accounting software support for both local and international  clients 

To ensure the provision of high-quality financial management services for our clients 

Key deliverables 

• Providing accounting software demos to our prospective subscribers 
• Training new accounting software subscribers 
• Supporting accounting software users 
• Posting financial transactions on the accounting software, performing reconciliations, and provide financial reports for our clients 
• Preparing IFRS compliant financial statements for our clients 
• Performing high-quality assurance services for our clients 
• Any other duties assigned by the management 

Skills and abilities 

• Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.
• The ability to understand external and internal trends and changes and advise on appropriate strategic and operational responses.
• Ability to identify, analyze and take action to effectively manage risk to meet strategic objectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.

Qualifications 

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines 
• Detailed knowledge of financial accounting processes and approaches. 
• An understanding of IFRS requirements. 
• Understanding of ISAs requirements. 
• Excellent analytical skills.
