Vunjabei (T) Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration & Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Human Resources and Administration activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee company administration, assets, and the fixed asset register.
• Supervise the construction, maintenance, and proper management of company buildings and facilities.
• Manage contractors and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and support organizational planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a senior managerial position.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, Administration, Asset Management, and Facilities Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and Microsoft Office applications.
