ADMINISTRATIVE & ACCOUNTANT OFFICER
HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for an Administrative & Accountant Officer to manage all accounting transactions in an organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly&annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable&receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Audit financial transactions&documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality&conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies®ulations
- Organizing&managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers,&senior-level officers
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone,&physical mail
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials&requisitioning meeting spaces
- Attend meetings and record notes & messages for managers and senior-level officers.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- A degree in accounting or similar.
- Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Proficiency in management systems.
- Administration skills.
