Administrative Assistant - Logistics
About the Role
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate office operations, and ensure the smooth running of daily activities within the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support and meticulously maintain office records.
- Prepare, organize, and manage reports, important documents, and all correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, schedules, and essential travel arrangements.
- Maintain robust filing systems and ensure company records are consistently updated.
- Assist in coordinating all logistics documentation and operational activities.
- Support and facilitate communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, with a preference for experience within the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
