Job Details

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform and OTA (Online Travel Agency) operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic accounting and financial reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult guests tactfully.
Tech-savvy: proficient in PMS (Property Management Systems), Excel, and booking platforms.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
