SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate project planning, design development, and construction activities.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Provide technical expertise and innovative design solutions while managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and project teams, fostering innovation and professional excellence.

Strong architectural design, technical detailing, and visualization skills.
Sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Registered as a Professional Architect with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in architectural design, planning, and construction project implementation.
