M/S Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd (MATCC) is a prominent local private company based in Arusha, specializing in the agricultural inputs business. We are dedicated to the multiplication and distribution of agro seeds, importation and distribution of agrochemicals, and providing expert technical advisory services on farm input use and management. Furthermore, our company actively engages in agricultural research in collaboration with national, regional, and international research institutes.

In our pursuit to implement our business development strategies, we are seeking self-driven candidates to fill the following vacancies:

Assistant Marketing Officers (17 Posts)

Locations: Mbeya, Iringa, Songea, Sumbawanga, Makambako, Ifakara, Masasi, Babati, Korogwe, Kahama, Bariadi, Kasulu, Singida, Tabora & Dodoma.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Shall identify, establish, and manage demonstration plots.
2. Shall organize and conduct Farmers Field Days, Radio Adverts, and distribute Small Packs, etc.
3. Shall prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing progress reports.

Minimum Qualifications/Job Specification

1. Shall possess a Diploma/Certificate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Extension Services, or Agri-business.
2. At least 1 year of work experience in the agriculture sector.
3. Must possess a valid driving license and experience to ride a motorcycle.
