Support project planning, scheduling, and daily site coordination.
Prepare progress reports, maintain project records, and track site activities.
Monitor costs, productivity, resource utilization, and flag project risks.
Support quality control, safety compliance, and issue resolution on site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Assist in project close-out, handover documentation, and final inspections.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants or client representatives when delegated.
Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and industry standards.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent planning and organizational ability.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, structural analysis, and materials science.
Implement safety protocols to mitigate project risks.
Budgeting and cost control expertise.
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Must be Registered with related Professional certification.
Minimum 15 years' experience in transport infrastructure development and structural design.
Proven involvement in at least three (3) marine infrastructure projects of similar nature and complexity, serving as Project Manager or Resident Engineer within the last ten (10) years.
