Requirements

• University Degree in Finance or related field.
• 3 years of work experience
• Understanding of mobile money
• Excellent in planning, organizing & problem solving
• MS Excel proficiency

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct daily end-to-end reconciliation of interoperability wallets and report discrepancies to the Treasury and Banking Manager.
• Manage prefunded wallet bank transfers to prevent service interruptions.
• Oversee liquidity management across interoperability and partner accounts/wallets.
• Perform annual capitalization assessments for Mixx by Yas and present status reports to management.
• Regularize trust accounts daily in coordination with Finance to ensure compliance with BOT and Group Treasury policies.
• Verify month-end interest on trust accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle interoperability transaction and government payment complaints within agreed SLAs.
• Conduct bi-annual risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams, especially Finance, to resolve and prevent financial issues.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance trend reports with actionable recommendations.
