Branch Manager - Mwanza

We seek a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch performance, drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch business growth, sales, cross-selling and customer acquisition.
• Lead the branch team to achieve business and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Drive customer retention and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage the branch's liability portfolio and promote low-cost deposits.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC requirements and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate branch risks while driving timely resolution of audit and risk findings.
• Coach, mentor and develop branch staff to improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience at Branch Manager level.
• Strong leadership, business development and sales skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance and risk management.
