Business Developer - Arusha

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Business Developer to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ business and technology needs, developing strategic account plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICT solutions, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in C2B & B2B technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision makers.
• Understand customers’ business objectives, technology environments, challenges, and future requirements and translate customer business challenges into commercially viable technology solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
• Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities to increase customer value.
• Drive sales of all our products and services.
• Develop sales pipelines and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and gross-margin targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, quotations, negotiations and commercial solutions to support the successful closure of contracts and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the company’s product portfolio.
• Work closely with technical and presales teams to understand customer requirements, develop appropriate solutions, monitor service delivery and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in ICT, technology, telecommunications, or B2B solution sales, with demonstrated Business Development experience and proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
