EnsolEnergy is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Administration Officer. If you have a passion for the solar/energy sector and possess excellent business development and administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or administration (solar/energy sector is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the branch.
- Good understanding of the local Zanzibar market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, SME, commercial, and government sectors.
- Promote and sell solar solutions, including hybrid systems, water heaters, and security lighting.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field outreach to generate leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Support marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee branch administrative operations and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports and track KPIs.
