Job Purpose

A Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity. To also lead initiatives, generate, and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

Duties

Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships, and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures

Job Qualification / Experience

Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, international relations or Business related Degree
3 years experience in Sales, marketing, or related field in a professional firm
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong research skills
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others
Strong client delivery focus
Adaptable, managing change and ambiguity with ease
Focus on quality and risk
Problem-solving ability
Good business acumen
