Grow customer relationships, deposits, and lending business.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers.
Promote banking products and services.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer retention.
Support loan processing, credit monitoring, and recovery.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant banking experience in sales, lending, or customer relationship management.
Strong business development, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and business targets.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, risk and compliance.
