Overall purpose of the role: 

The CCCM Manager will be responsible for managing all DRC CCCM staff and CCCM activities in the two refugee camps in Kigoma Region: Nyarugusu (Kasulu) and Nduta (Kibondo). The specific CCCM activities include distribution of CRIs/NFIs, Site management (shelter maintenance, shelter allocation and reallocation, maintenance of shelter database, and service monitoring), and the coordination of service/assistance delivery also conducted by other organisations. The CCCM Manager will also be responsible for the management of the departure centers in the two camps and providing support for ongoing/planned voluntary repatriation of refugees to their countries of origin. The roles and responsibilities of the CCCM Manager entail building effective partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ranging from UNHCR, government authorities, other humanitarian agencies, the refugee leadership, the refugee community, and the refugee-hosting communities.

Contract: 12 Months with the possibility of extension, subject to funding and performance. Salary and other conditions are offered in accordance with DRC’s Terms of Employment; Employment band Management F2
