As a regulated microfinance institution, VFP is dedicated to providing essential microfinance services to low and middle-income earners, women, and youths across Tanzania. The company currently operates seven branches and a subsidiary insurance broking company, Victoria Insurance Brokers Limited, established in 2017. Victoria Finance has a significant presence with branches in Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya, and Dodoma, and extends its reach to serve smallholder farmers in over thirteen regions through its innovative digital agriculture product, Kilimo Pesa.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the CBDO will be instrumental in leading Branch Operations, Sales, Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Customer Experience across all VFP branches.
