HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a qualified and results-driven Civil Engineer who will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and government officials.
• Perform structural analysis and recommend improvements where needed.
• Ensure all legal, environmental, and safety regulations are met.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering and construction project management.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
