Job Purpose

To manage and improve all communication flow within and outside the company. Also to handle public relations, information output, press releases and media requests, social media and/or advertising efforts.

Job Qualities / Experience

Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years as a communications specialist
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Experience in web design and content production is a big plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools. Social media and networking expertise. Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, etc.)
Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading, and editing
