Courier Manager

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Courier Manager responsible for overseeing dispatch and receiving operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate intake, and overall efficiency in courier services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the dispatch and receiving of packages to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Supervise courier and warehouse teams, ensuring effective scheduling and workflow.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy and condition of goods.
- Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records for shipments, deliveries, and warehouse inventory.
- Resolve customer complaints and delivery issues promptly.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations across all courier activities.
- Generate daily and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in courier, transport, or dispatch operations.
- Hands-on experience in dispatch and receiving functions.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and tracking software.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
