Enabling KA sales team to reach their monthly target through planned activation, events & Trade activities from marketing and sales departments
Prepare yearly activities (activation/ Sales activities and events) calendar and ensure execution is activated on timely and as planned while reaching the given target
Engaging, train and enable BTL agencies, KA team and outlet staff to work together to ensure smooth and correct execution is conducted in trade so as to achieve given target
Monitoring, reconcile and report Trade activities budget while ensuring there is 30% ROI on every penny spent
Provide weekly analytical sales reports of the activated brands and provide suggestion on what to be done to overcome faced challenges
Ensure increase of visibility of the right materials by distributing to the right outlet that will lead to increase of volume and ROI
Audit the market in KA on visibility, availability of SBL & Diageo products, usage of coolers and stock movement and suggest where gap has been identified with agreed action plan and deadline to overcome the challenge
