We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative projects that enhance our brand's visual communication and engagement.
Create, adapt, and finalize minor creative artworks, including job ads, tender notices, simple product artwork, and E-Shot campaigns for internal and external communication, ensuring resizing to fit specifications.
Proofread, select, and check colors on all Bank artworks, ensuring each page of the Bank’s artwork and the document as a whole is uncluttered and well-balanced.
Convert files and send the final product to the Bank’s Printing Companies or Web Agencies for online publishing, including File Format enhancements.
Manage storage of copies of publications and artwork relating to the Bank’s communication activities.
Stay up to date with design trends and digital best practices to introduce innovative ideas that improve the bank’s creative approaches.
Support basic video editing or animation projects when needed to support digital storytelling or promotional campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, maintaining alignment with visual identity standards and tone.
Desk Top Publishing (DTP) for Internal & External creative design requirements.
Proof Reading.
Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Design, Business, Marketing, or other related fields (Required).
Marketing Certification e.g. CIM / Computer Aided Design (Added Advantage).
Master’s degree in Communications/Marketing/Design/Business Management (Added Advantage).
Creatives: 3 years (Essential)
Art and Design: 3 years (Essential)
Stakeholder engagement: 2 years (Desirable but not Essential)
Digital content management: 1 year (Desirable but not Essential)
Graphic design and content software/Program: 3 years (Essential)
