KOM Food Products is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen our customer experience and drive growth in our rice business. If you are passionate about building relationships, delivering excellent service, and working in a fast-growing FMCG environment, we want to hear from you.
Summary
Manage customer relationships for rice sales, support client retention, handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure excellent service delivery to distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rice customers and distributors.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams on customer orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support repeat business growth.
- Prepare customer reports, sales follow-ups, and market feedback updates.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for rice products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and reporting abilities.
- Professional, customer-focused, and proactive personality.
