Job Opportunity: Debt Collectors
We are looking to fill three (3) vacancies for the position of Debt Collectors.
Job Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting customers with overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
- Following up and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Recovering outstanding debts in line with company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Preparing daily and weekly collection reports.
- Working closely with the finance and credit teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Honest, disciplined, and result-driven.
- Fluent in Kiswahili. English is an added advantage.
