Oversees the daily operational functions of YWCA Tanzania, ensuring that all established operational systems are adhered to. Provides effective coordination and administrative systems to ensure they function efficiently, effectively, and in line with the organization’s strategic goals, constitution, and policies. Additionally, streamlines organizational processes by supporting the development of project proposals, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to contribute to the strategic direction of YWCA Tanzania.
