Digital Marketing Executive at Bravo Coco Beach
Bravo Coco Beach is seeking a young, highly creative, and energetic Digital Marketing Executive with a strong passion for content creation, videography, photography, and social media.
About the Role
We are not just looking for someone who simply posts on social media. We are looking for a storyteller who can capture the essence of Bravo Coco Beach – the food, the beach, the people, the music, the entertainment, and the energy – and transform these moments into compelling content that inspires people to experience it firsthand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh and engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photography of food, drinks, events, entertainment, and customer experiences.
- Create and edit Reels, Stories, TikToks, and promotional videos.
- Provide real-time digital coverage during Sunday Brunch, events, and entertainment nights.
- Develop and manage weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and develop creative campaign concepts.
- Identify trends and translate them into relevant Bravo Coco Beach content.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations.
- Monitor social media performance and continuously improve content based on results.
- Work closely with the Events, F&B, Entertainment, and Sales & Marketing teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Creative, Fast, Social, Trend-aware, and Visually sophisticated.
- Must be able to shoot, edit, and publish your own content.
- Strong understanding of premium hospitality and lifestyle branding.
- Comfortable working during selected evenings, weekends, and major events.
- 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
- Strong videography and photography skills.
- Strong video-editing capability using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging digital trends.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, tourism, or restaurants is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
