Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and cross-selling initiatives for digital products and solutions, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Hosting, Managed Services, and Payment Solutions. The role will focus on identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, coordinating with Group product teams, conducting customer engagements, and developing a sustainable pipeline for growth in digital solutions within the Zanzibar market. This position is performance-driven and intended to support Zanlink’s long-term expansion strategy for digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-sell opportunities for digital and enterprise solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitality, government, SME, and corporate sectors
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Coordinate with the Group product and technical teams for solution positioning and support
- Build and manage a pipeline for Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Hosting, Managed Services, and Payment Solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships and pilot opportunities
- Support go-to-market initiatives and commercialization strategies
- Prepare periodic pipeline and performance reports
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging digital opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, ICT, Marketing, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, enterprise sales, ICT, telecommunications, or digital solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital services
- Experience in B2B sales and relationship management
- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive opportunities proactively
- Strong commercial and customer engagement skills
- Experience within hospitality, corporate, or government sectors will be an added advantage

Performance & Contract Review
