Direct Sales Agents – 10 positions

Job Purpose

To drive customer acquisition and business growth by promoting and selling the Bank’s products and services, while ensuring quality customer engagement, accurate onboarding, and compliance with Bank requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market Maendeleo Bank products and services within assigned areas.
• Acquire new customers and open accounts (individuals, business and group accounts).
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, digital banking and other bank products.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the market, including businesses, SMEs, institutions and communities.
• Conduct market visits, customer engagements and product awareness campaigns.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide relevant customer information and support during account opening and product application.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC and Bank policies.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Represent the Bank professionally and uphold the Bank’s brand and values.

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Good understanding of banking products and financial services.
