Director of Operations & Business Development

Location: Dar es Salaam

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, IT, Telecoms or a related field.
• MBA/Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, Finance or Business Analytics are an advantage.
• 10-15+ years' experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
• Experience in fintech, mobile money, telecoms, banking or large-scale distribution, preferably in Tanzania/East Africa.

Technical Skills:

• Operations and agent network management
• Mobile money, float/liquidity and transaction management
• Business development and market-share growth
• P&L, budgeting and commercial performance
• KPI, data and performance analytics
• Customer experience and service-level management
• Strategic partnerships and stakeholder management
