Job Description

Mtibwa Sugar invites applications for driver positions for vehicles transporting workers (labour trucks) and drivers for heavy-duty cargo vehicles (dumper trucks) within the Mtibwa Sugar area. This role reports to the Human Resources and Administration Manager.

Applicant Qualifications

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be under 40 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license permitting the operation of trucks or large passenger vehicles.
• Must be willing to reside in Mtibwa.
• Must be ready to start work between August and September 2025.
• Must have at least five (5) years of driving experience.
• Must have no criminal record or convictions related to traffic offenses.
