Nyati Cement is seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of facilities management, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and environmental compliance.
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Management, Horticulture, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in cleaning supervision, gardening, or facilities management.
Knowledge of landscaping, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
Cleaning Supervision: Oversee daily cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
Gardening & Landscaping: Manage landscaping tasks like watering and pest control.
Staff Management: Allocate duties, monitor attendance, train staff, and ensure safety procedures.
HSE Compliance: Ensure safe handling of chemicals and promote environmental sustainability.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain usage records.
Reporting: Prepare regular supervision reports and coordinate facility improvement needs.
