Field Based Account Manager

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Field Based Account Manager who will be responsible for managing high-value customer accounts within the Gold and Diamond segment. The role involves driving sales performance across fuels, lubricants, and card services while developing strong customer relationships through consultative selling, field visits, and value-based account management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer business needs and provide solutions leveraging company CVPs
- Plan and execute customer visits to retain and expand relationships
- Develop and maintain account plans for Gold and Diamond customers
- Achieve sales targets including volume, margin, growth, and debtor management
- Increase customer value through cross-selling and up-selling
- Maintain a strong business pipeline using SPANCOP methodology
- Effectively use CRM tools such as C4C for sales planning and reporting
- Ensure proactive HSSE compliance in all field activities
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience selling to multiple business end-users or franchise networks
- Experience in developing and implementing pricing and marketing strategies
- Strong commercial awareness and customer orientation
- Demonstrated success in negotiating multi-year sales agreements
- High-level relationship management expertise
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in C4C CRM, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
