Field Coordinator - Achieving Reduction of Child Labor in Support of Education (ARISE III)
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Field Coordinator for Achieving Reduction of Child Labor in Support of Education (ARISE III) program.

LOCATION: Urambo, Tanzania
DEPARTMENT: Civic Engagement and Social Equity
REPORTS TO: ARISE Tanzania Program Manager, Civic Engagement and Social Equity
ARISE is a high-quality, results-oriented program to prevent and help eliminate child labor through improved awareness of the hazards of child labor, greater livelihoods opportunities for vulnerable households, and improved access to education for children and youth. The position has an anticipated start date of January 1, 2019.
The Field Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting district, community-, and school-level planning and implementation, facilitating networking and collaboration among stakeholders, and reporting on and documenting program activities, achievements, and areas for improvement. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Successful candidates will have solid experience facilitating, monitoring, and reporting on programs in complex rural environments with a wide variety of stakeholders. Specific experience and specialization in at least one of the following is required: child labor prevention/eradication, agricultural training/education, youth development, community mobilization, and/or economic empowerment.
