Field Sales Officer

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Field Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by promoting and distributing baby diapers and sanitary pads, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and onboard new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell baby diapers and sanitary pads to retail shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other target outlets.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth of the product portfolio.
• Monitor stock levels at customer outlets and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Implement promotional activities, product activations, and in-store campaigns.
• Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper order taking, invoicing follow-ups, and collection of payments where applicable.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and field activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in field sales within the retail industry, specifically in baby diapers and sanitary pads.
• Strong understanding of retail distribution channels and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
