Finance Manager – Management Accounting

Position Overview

This position is based in Dar Es Salaam.

Role Purpose

To oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and management reporting processes to support informed strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
• Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
