About the Role

The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance, preparing comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts on OneStream.
• Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Systems and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred or in progress.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or general accounting.
• Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Onestream, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
