HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit twenty experienced and results-oriented Fleet Managers to oversee fleet transport operations, ensuring efficient vehicle utilisation, cost control, maintenance, safety, and timely delivery of transport services.
Manage day-to-day fleet and transport operations to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
Plan and coordinate vehicle dispatch, routing, and scheduling to optimise fleet utilisation.
Manage drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, attendance, and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor fuel consumption and operating costs and implement measures to improve cost efficiency.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs to minimise downtime and ensure fleet reliability.
Ensure compliance with transport safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor vehicle and driver performance and take corrective action where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, fuel usage, maintenance, driver activities, and operating costs.
Prepare regular fleet performance and KPI reports for management.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve fleet efficiency and productivity.
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and responsible vehicle use among drivers and fleet personnel.
Coordinate with relevant departments and service providers to ensure smooth and timely transport operations.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet transport, logistics management, or a related field.
Proven experience in dispatch and routing operations, driver management, fuel and operating cost control, maintenance coordination, transport safety, and KPI reporting.
Strong knowledge of fleet management practices and transport operations.
Excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage drivers and coordinate multiple fleet activities effectively.
Strong understanding of cost control and fleet performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fleet management systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight operational timelines.
