Position: General Manager
To Develop and implement the hotel’s strategic plans, goals, and performance targets.
To Ensure alignment with brand standards and international best practices.
To Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management.
To Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., occupancy rates, RevPAR, cost control).
Supervise all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Maintenance.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and personalized service delivery.
Lead recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff.
Oversee staff performance management and succession planning.
Ensure adherence to professional standards, grooming, and etiquette.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel management.
Proven experience in managing luxury or five-star hotel operations.
Strong leadership, financial, and strategic management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Full-time executive role with extended working hours as required.
High level of interaction with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Fast-paced, high-pressure luxury hospitality environment.
