JOB PURPOSE

To analyze and report on critical statistical data from the grower management and farmers' accounting systems to ensure the successful achievement of agronomy objectives in line with organization's agronomy policies and procedures.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Computer Technology and Systems or equivalent from a recognised Tertiary Institute.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE

Data analysis and interpretation
Database management, statistics
IT (IS), MS Office applications
Advanced Excel skills, macros, script, and command writing

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

1-2 years' experience in Statistical Management, Data collection, Data collation and Analysis or similar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates GMS Grower database, generates unannounced visit calendar, analyses and generates a detailed NTRM Report, develops and populates all final visit and survey reports in line with organization's Agronomy Policies and Procedures
Liaises with Information Services (IS) and the Agronomy team and ensures that GMS Software is updated and any user information that changes in real-time reflects on the GMS reports
Extracts Field Technician collected GMS data for desktop validation, compiles and sends operations report daily to agronomy and field teams for the organization.
