Programme Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Programme Duration: 6 Months (Fixed Term)

This programme aims to equip recent graduates with structured, practical learning experiences in a professional agricultural setting. Participants will develop technical, operational, and professional skills aligned with international seed production standards.
This is a Graduate Learnership Programme designed for training and development. Participation does not establish an employment relationship under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Participants will be engaged under a Learnership Agreement and will receive a monthly stipend (training allowance), not a salary, and thus no employee benefits or statutory contributions apply.
Participate in structured induction and orientation programmes.
Undertake guided, on-the-job learning under supervision.
Rotate across relevant departments for exposure (where applicable).
Assist in assigned tasks strictly for learning and development purposes.
Observe and support operational activities within seed production and related functions.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct.
Participate in periodic learning assessments and feedback sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in: Horticulture, General Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, or related fields.
0–3 years of post-graduation experience.
Strong academic performance.
Demonstrated interest in agriculture and innovation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a team environment.
Priority consideration will be given to graduates from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
Must be a Tanzanian national.
Must not currently be engaged in full-time employment.

Participants will gain valuable hands-on exposure, receive mentorship, and build a strong professional foundation in the seed production industry. While this programme does not guarantee employment, high-performing participants may be considered for future opportunities based on availability and business needs.
