Group Business Director

The role is a senior Group leadership position responsible for driving commercial performance, profitability, strategic execution, operational accountability, and sustainable growth across all operating companies within the Group.

Responsibilities

• Drive Group-wide revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
• Oversee performance management and accountability across all operating companies.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, collections, operational efficiency, and commercial performance indicators.
• Lead strategic execution and alignment of business objectives across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' progressive senior management experience.
• At least 5 years in a multi-business or Group-level leadership environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
