Leading and managing the HR function across the Group of Companies.
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.
Partnering with management and business leaders to support organizational growth and performance.
Managing recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
Strong experience in HR leadership, preferably at Group, corporate, or multi-business level.
