Knowledge/Relationships/Opportunity

Lead the SALES & MARKETING team to grow sales volume via performance-based management, which capacity builds the team to bring in the numbers. We are expecting this HOSM to bring a fresh new energy and skill sets to our mature company.

Education:

A degree (master’s degree preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• 10 years’ work experience proving high achievement and leadership in Sales Management and Strategy, within a dynamic business environment.
• Proven success with motivating and coaching a sales team towards growth.
• Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.
• Construction product knowledge and experience is helpful but not essential.
