Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Strategic leadership - Develop and drive the school's sports vision across Programme Coordination manage the full calendar of sports activites including fixtures, competitiors, performances, trips, and eventsfor both primary and secondary campus
• People Management - Line manage coaches to drive student participation and talent development.
• Safeguarding & Budget - Ensure all sports activities meet child protection and health & safety standards.
• Community Engagement - Communicate sports achievements, schedules, and outcomes to parents, staff and school leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in education, sports management, physical education or related field.
• Minimum 5 Years experience in cambridge - curricular on sports coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
