Achelis (Tanganyika) Limited is looking for an experienced Head of Technical Services to lead the technical function, oversee workshop and field service operations, and drive service quality, team performance and customer satisfaction.
Tanzanian national.
Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, with proven technical leadership and management.
Strong knowledge of equipment, machinery, maintenance and workshop operations.
Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams and managers.
Strong administration, planning, reporting and organisational skills.
Good understanding of technical sales, customer solutions and commercial operations.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in construction, mining, industrial or heavy equipment is an advantage.
Knowledge of HSE, ISO standards and service performance management is an advantage.
